Zara and Julie are dedicated swim teaching professionals and hydrotherapists, specializing in training and coaching for teachers and aquatic workers who work with SEN children and adults. They emphasise the importance of understanding neonatal reflexes, especially as more children enter the system with additional needs. With qualifications in pre and perinatal therapy, Zara and Julie are passionate about exploring how pre-birth and post-natal experiences influence a baby’s overall development. Together, they strive to equip educators with the knowledge and skills needed to create positive aquatic experiences for all.
